Our Company is a member of the Lithuanian Temporal Employment Enterprises Association (Laikino įdarbinimo įmonių asociacija - LĮĮA). It is the first and only Lithuanian institution which joins work lease practitioners and actively participates in the development of the work lease juridical base, encourages the participants of the market to use the services of temporary employment in order to reduce the scope of emigration and illegal work.


The establishment of the Association was initiated by 7 companies working in the field. At present the Association consists of 13 companies.

The main field of temporary employment companies is the search of employees and their “lease” to an employer lacking labour force, mostly for a short period. An employee concludes an employment agreement with the agency of temporary employment which takes the majority of an employer’s functions.

Already in April the Association presented its suggestions and comments for the Ministry of Social Security and Labour regarding the concept of the Law on Work Lease which was discussed by the Tripartite Council. The Association was included into the composition of the group which will prepare the draft of the Law on Work Lease and which was initiated by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour.
